I’m working through a couple of law assignments right now, and the part I keep getting stuck on is structure. Not the research itself, but how to turn everything into a clear answer that follows the question properly.
For example, I can find relevant cases and understand the legal principles, but when it comes to putting them together, it either ends up too descriptive or a bit all over the place. Keeping the analysis focused without repeating the same point is harder than I expected.
I spent some time looking at different examples and approaches, and at one point came across law assignment service while trying to see how others organise their arguments. It was useful just to get a sense of structure, but applying it to my own topic is still a work in progress.
For those who are a bit further ahead with law assignments, what made the biggest difference for you when it came to structuring answers properly?
